The Bug Bin was created on May 3, 2020, under the name “Coleoptera Camp”. The founder had one goal in mind: to bring together people who shared a common interest in bugs. It has since grown to become one of the largest and most active insect hobbyist communities and a member of the Discord Partners Program.
We operate independently and are not affiliated with other websites or communities, but we are happy to promote and have healthy, long-lasting relationships with others! In particular, we are proud to be unofficial partners with our friends at Critter Corner and the r/Snails Discord.
